Cleaning Options

Custom Plan - this plan is designed for those people who want a customized cleaning to meet their cleaning needs.  The cleaning is flexible and can change each time if needed.
 
Custom Plan #1 - customer provides the cleaning supplies and  vacuum. 
Custom Plan #2 - Total Home Care, Inc. provides the cleaning  supplies and vacuum.

Budget Plan - this plan is designed for those people who want only a standard cleaning (NOT a customized cleaning).  A flat rate is generated following the first cleaning. Both the cleaning and the cost remain the same with each service.  All supplies and vacuum are provided by the customer.
One-Time, Move-In, Move-Out - this plan is designed for those people who are scheduling a one-time cleaning.
 
With cleaning options and competitive prices, our goal is to provide service to each person who calls us.  We will work with each client to design a cleaning plan to meet both their needs and budget.   

Payment Options

Payment is mailed following each cleaning.
 
 *Payment must be received before next cleaning to avoid a delay in  next scheduled cleaning.

Payment is made by Visa or MasterCard.
 
For regular clients or clients who have been with us over a 3 month time frame and/or have shown a good payment history with Total Home Care, Inc., payment can be made monthly.
 
 *Monthly invoices are sent via email, fax, or postal mail service. Invoices can be paid by check or credit card.

Frequently Asked Questions 
 
How many cleaners will be in my house?
Most of our customers prefer individual service; however, we can provide a team upon request.
 
Who supplies the cleaning supplies and vacuum?
Due to the concern of cross contamination between homes, many of our customers choose to provide their own supplies and vacuum.  However, we will provide all of the necessary supplies and vacuum at the homeowners’ request.  There are additional charges for this option.

What does customized cleaning mean?
 With customized cleaning, the cleaning is designed to meet each homeowner's needs.  It is flexible and can change upon request if different needs are desired at each service.  Changing linens, laundry, refrigerator and oven cleaning, cleaning inside windows within reach, etc. are just some of the things we can clean during your normal cleaning service.  If it falls within normal house cleaning duties, we can clean it!

Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes.  We will assign a cleaning person to your home.  If you are satisfied with the first person we assign to your home, that person will continue to service your home.  Otherwise, we will work with you to find the most compatible person to clean your home.  In the event your cleaning person is unable to make it on your scheduled day, we will do our best to assign someone else if necessary or reschedule your cleaning person for another day.
